CATERING AT ALL SAINTS PASTORAL CENTRE The Centre has a very modern kitchen created from
an old dairy, dating from the time when the centre was a convent. Here the nuns
used to make their own butter and cheese from milk from the estates
own herd. Our Head Chef Paul Baker and his team produce all of the meals, from fresh local produce wherever possible. The menus offer a variety of good English popular dishes, carefully prepared and served with occasional dishes from other countries. We offer both a choice of hot dishes and a selection of cold dishes from the Salad Bar at Lunch and at Dinner. Our menu caters for most dietary requirements. There is a traditional English breakfast together
with a wide selection of cereals, dried fruits and nuts, fruit juices,
fresh fruit and yoghurts as well as toast, marmalade and preserves. The Dining room is tastefully furnished with
tables for all sizes of parties. Groups are designated tables in order
that they can dine together as a group. Guests are asked to help
themselves to either the hot food from the hotplate or select their
own choice of salad from the Salad Bar. Vegetarian and other dietary
meals both hot and cold are available but will need to be requested in
advance. Sealed Kosher meals can be supplied if ordered in advance but
there will be an additional charge. The Great Hall will cater for up to 130 on round tables of ten guests or 104 on round tables of 8 guests. A more formal table arrangement can be accommodated allowing for up to 150 guests. Menu suggestions are available upon request together with prices. There is a comfortable bar Which can be opened, by arrangement, before lunch as well as for evening functions. There is also a a separate bar lounge where smoking is permitted. |
