The easiest way to control the panorama is to click and hold on the picture, then move your mouse around. This soon become intuitive.

Otherwise you can use the control buttons next to the panorama.

Alternatively, you can use the arrow keys on your keyboard. The shift key will zoom in and the Ctrl key will zoom out.
