TERMS
AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING THE BOOKING is not
confirmed until the completed form with full deposit are
received whereupon this booking will form “the contract”. CANCELLATION of a booking
or reduced numbers will incur the deposit being
retained plus the following charges excluding Value Added Tax: 12 or more weeks notice
Deposit only retained 8 – 12 weeks notice
30%
of estimated charges 2 – 8 weeks notice
40% of estimated charges 0 – 2 weeks notice
50% of estimated charges FINAL
NUMBERS are required two weeks in advance of the booking with any
dietary needs. A 100% charge will be applied to any cancellation
or any non-arrivals. A
MAIN MEETING ROOM will be allocated to each group. Please specify if any
additional rooms for group work are required. A charge will be made
for additional rooms on a per day basis. NOTES TO GROUP ORGANISERS BREAKFAST (Residential groups) is served at 8.30am. Lunch at 1.00pm. Supper at 6.30pm except Friday when it is at 7.00pm. We request that groups adhere to these meal times. LUNCH is served at 1.00pm.

times can be varied according to your programme. Please advise us of your
programme two weeks before the meeting. McCRIMMONS
BOOKSHOP is open each day from 11.00am to 5.00pm. Groups are
requested to contact the bookshop should they require any
special publications to be made available. Groups are not permitted to
set up their own
bookshop without the permission of the Administrator. FLIPCHART
STANDS are available in each meeting room. Flipchart paper and markers
can be purchased from the conference office.
AUDIO-VISUAL
EQUIPMENT is available for hire by prior arrangement such as
Overhead Projectors,
VHS Video/DVD Players & Monitors, Slide Projector and Liquid
Crystal Projectors. THE
COMPER CHAPEL AND ORATORY are available for services by
prior
arrangement or for private devotion when not in use by other
groups. BAR FACILITIES are
available, if requested, for half an hour before Lunch. TELEPHONE
AND FAX MESSAGES will be taken by the receptionist and given to
the group leader at break times. SMOKING is not permitted in or around the building. THE PASTORAL CENTRE
WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE TO ANY PROPERTY OF THE
GUESTS OR VISITORS.
