THE COMPER CHAPEL The Comper Chapel was designed by Sir Ninian Comper and the first half was completed in 1927. The second half was completed by his son Sebastian in 1963. (To see a larger version of each picture, click on the images below) The chapel has two fine stained glass windows and a Harrison & Harrison organ. The chapel can accommodate up to three hundred people and is available to Christian groups for worship or for individual private prayer.
Alternatively the Oratory, which can accommodate up to fifty, is also available for worship or quite meditation. There is a prayer walk around the seventy acres of grounds, which form part of the centre with an opportunity to pray and be close to nature.
